First cultivated in India over 5000 years ago, this beautiful mango has an amazing pedigree. About the Mingolo Mango Mingolo mangos are medium-sized mangos that are very sweet and have enough flesh to enjoy in one sitting since the seed is mid-size as well but we seriously doubt that you’ll eat just one. When you cut into one, you can smell the delicious tropical fruit notes with even a hint of peach. Don’t pull out the toothpick just yet since they have very few fibers and the texture is pretty smooth overall. Don’t be fooled by the green exterior skin since they will ripen to a beautiful yellow.
